Whether you are in recovery, an ally to someone who is in recovery, or you just think that sobriety is awesome – come on out! Everyone is welcome to celebrate recovery from addiction.

This is a substance-free, wicked-awesome and family-friendly event all in one. Part music festival, part carnival, part educational event: Recovery Day BC is a celebration, a rally, a memorial for those lost, and a tool to raise awareness for recovery while reducing the stigma of addiction recovery.

In addition to the last 5 years of just having one day to celebrate recovery, 2017 is kicking it up notch with Recovery Week! There will be a variety of Recovery themed events happening across the province, including the first-ever Recovery Capital Conference of Canada, taking place on September 7th and 8th.

The Recovery Day Society would like to invite you to participate as a sponsor at our 2017 event! Not only would your presence support an important initiative, it also provides an opportunity to become known to the recovery community. The Recovery Day Society was established in 2015 to be the official nonprofit organization that is responsible for Recovery Day BC. Last year the event saw 4,000 people attend, with 50 vendors from health and wellness providers to artisans.

We are expecting over 10,000 guests! Featuring a kids zone, vendors and live music on two stages and an Expert Speaker tent with Ted talk style speakers.
